We the members of the Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS), St. Thomas Aquinas Centre, University of Ilorin Alumni Association intending the wellbeing of all graduated Catholic students from the University of Ilorin do hereby declare and give ourselves the following Constitution.

Build a professional network that empowers members in their careers and vocations.
Uphold the Catholic faith and promote spiritual growth among alumni.

Create a global family network of Catholic alumni united in purpose and faith.
The Association operates through the following constitutional organs
Not less than seven (7) members. Two principal officers: Chairman and Secretary. Exercises oversight and advisory authority over the Association.
14 constitutionally defined positions, led by the President. Elected every 2 years by core members. Responsible for day-to-day governance.
10 positions per zone, led by a Coordinator. Active zones: ABUJA, EAST, EDO/DELTA, KWARA, LAGOS, NORTH, OYO/OSUN, RIVERS.

Our Cooperative Arm
As the association grew, so did the need for financial empowerment among members. STAMCOS was established to manage thrift and savings, loans, and investment schemes — providing a structured framework for collective financial growth.
