Eligibility requirement

To submit a benefit claim you must be logged in to your member account. Disbursement is made only to members who meet the following criteria:

You must be an active member of the association.
Your annual dues must be up to date for the past three (3) consecutive years.

File a Claim

The association stands with you — in celebrations and in grief. Log in with your member account to submit a claim.

Celebration

The association shares in your joy by offering welfare support when you marry or welcome a new child.

Condolence

The association stands with you in times of loss by offering welfare support following the death of your parent, child, or spouse.
